The standard lead time on all custom orders is 5 days. This has nothing to do with how busy we are – we must observe ink drying times to ensure quality of the finished snowboards.

Please note that residual air bubbles may remain under the top sheet. They are tiny and do not affect structural integrity of the boards. We are getting better at minimizing the presence of the bubbles, but unfortunately without vacuum we cannot eliminate them completely. This is not considered as a fault according to our warranty.
