We offer free New Zealand wide and global shipping. Global shipping is handled by DHL.
Please note: import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We do not collect tax at checkout, and any applicable charges will be handled by your local customs authority.
Returns & Exchanges
Custom Orders
We do not accept returns or cancellations on custom-made boards unless there is a warranty issue or the product arrives damaged.
Stock Boards
If you have purchased a board from our stocked inventory, we will take it back within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Please make sure that:
The board is returned to us in original, unused condition
You initiate return process within 7 days of purchase
Please note that we do not cover return shipping charged, unless it is a warranty issue.
Size Exchanges
If by any chance you ordered a wrongly sized board from our stock, we will replace it. Please make sure to return the board in its original unused condition. The exchange may take some time if a replacement size is not in stock and a replacement unit needs to be manufactured to fulfill the exchange.
